Chapel Hill Dental Arts - Asim Zaidi, DMD - Dental Appointment Request

The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment at Chapel Hill Dental Arts withDr. Asim Zaidi or with our hygienist, AimeeLee Comey. Our dental office is located in Red Bank, NJ near Middletown in Monmouth County.

 

Office hours are by appointment according to the hours listed below.  You may contact us at 732-345-8460 or by completing the form below.  Please be sure to give our appointment coordinator a brief description of your dental needs so that she will know how best to place you in the schedule.  Be prepared to offer information about your general health or dental history that may prove helpful if you have special or specific needs.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment.  We can then schedule another patient who may need to see Dr. Zaidi  and you may avoid any charge for a missed appointment.

Tuesday  ,Thursday, Friday 8:00- 5:00  

1 Saturday a month   8:00 - 12:00                      

EMERGENCIES
We make every effort to accommodate patients with toothaches or other concerns into our schedule on the day they call.  Please call Dr. Zaidi for an appointment as early in the day as possible.

DENTURE REPAIRS
Chapel Hill Dental Arts will repair dentures for patients who do not have an appointment as long as they arrive at the office at least 1 hour before the office closes.  However, it is best to call and confirm that the repair can be done before heading out to the office on any given day.
